Bought a iPhone XR refurbished from them for 550 in total. It was in A grade condition and when I got it it looked brand new. Had the headphones, phone, and even the dongle which all had no signs of use. The phone didn’t even have one scratch so it was basically new. I was hesitant at first but I decided to buy it as eBay had the money back guarantee. All in all great place to buy tech for much cheaper. Very pleased with how easy everything was.

Bought desktop they sold thru WISH and was missing a remote. WISH contact VIPOutlet and did not receive a response. Sent multiple requests and no response. Terrible customer service. Update: VIP contacted me and have sent me the missing remote. The issue was more on WISH’s side than VIP from what I can tell. Thanks for correcting the issue.
