The Pop Funko set I ordered was sent to me without any delivery box. It was sent as is. Anyone could have easily seen what it was and stole it. I hope the issues get fixed at their wearhouse. They don't deserve that and neither do their customers. However, I will say that their Customer Service Team was competent and took my situation seriously. I told them what happened and sent photos. They sent a bit of a refund to me. Which is pretty amazing. So yeah the order was a mess, but at least they cared to apologize and make it right.

Simple process, easy purchase good product excellent price

This was the first time that I've used VIP Outlet. I bought my granddaughter a hoverboard for Christmas. She absolutely loved it! I was very pleased with my experience. The process was so easy and the product looked like brand new. It came with everything it said it would. It was shipped in less than a week and I got it before Christmas. Thank you Vip outlet, I will be shopping with you again😀

I ordered a $300 Apple watch from them through Walmart. I received an empty box. I messaged them and never heard back. I called today, and spoke with Melissa. She told me they have had multiple customers across the country receive empty boxes and Fedex was stealing the merchandise. I was told to file a claim and wait it out. I told her she needed to file the claim and issue me a refund. She said she would not do that so I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. They clearly have a theft issue in their warehouse. The box I received had a puece of kraft paper in it and that was it. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and clearly she had no clue how to deal with customer issues. Please be aware when you make purchases here. Use PayPal or shop elsewhere. Walmart refuses to help as well.

Excellent condition

I am the happiest shopper since I found VIP several years ago! The service, prices and delivery time is great!

I ordered a monitor for $201, which retail price is $350. It took a while for it to come (10 days) but it was worth the wait. Only issue I have is that they included the wrong monitor stand, which I had to order that separately. Thankfully that was only $25.

I have only had good experiences with this seller. In the rare occasion of any issues with my purchase, customer service has been prompt in fixing it. Recommend this seller!
