VIP outlet are just never gonna be honest with their customers. This is the second time I write a review and absolutely no sufficient help from vipoutlet that makes up for the poor and terrible service they have. I have never had such negative experiences except with vipoutlet. I initially ordered an unlocked phone and they lied about their description and came locked. I was told to return it and they are guaranteed to send me another back that is unlocked but they lied to me and said that they can't send anything back. A I was getting was just a bunch of lies. I then tried again recently and THEY ALSO send me a locked phone when their description says it's unlocked. I'm not sure what's going on with this company but all I am seeing from personal experience is that it is a company that enjoys to lie to its potential customers. I hope vipoutlet realizes that this is absolutely messed up and doesn't not satisfy their customers and you definitely lost me as a customer forever.

I’ve place an order on march of this year 2022 they didn’t give me a first purchase discount so I let it go a week went by and no laptop ive check my order and it said processing I then call them they told me it will be ship the next following week mid week I’ve check it still said processing so then I call them and they told me they would ship it today I get a email telling me they cancel my order the reason being is that the laptop was not up to satisfactory and I would get a refund 24 to 48 hours but yet that same laptop is still on there site for sale but they cancel my order without replacing it with a better one even of equal specification at all I would not ever order anything from them or even recommended anyone to that site or that company I’m very disappointed that laptop was a present for my daughter for her first year of college now I have to start all over looking for one I can afford since prices are high do to inflation money is tight right now

I just purchased my third Chromebook from VIP Outlet, and have also bought headphones and a kitchen faucet. Products, prices, and shipping have all been great, and never needed to take advantage of the free return shipping or product guarantees. Very satisfied customer!

PURELY SCAMMERS! Even if your product is completely faulty, don’t expect a refund. Customer service is extremely disrespectful. Curious how they’re still in business. Please do not purchase anything from this company or believe anything they say at all. Purely lies. Easily going to win in court.

Don't even think about buying from these guys. I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews first. This vendor sells through Newegg, so I just assumed they were legit. They sent me a different laptop than the one I ordered. Then they gave me a run around though customer service for a couple of days. Thank goodness for Newegg. They really went out of their way to make things right (as well they should have since they got me to VIP Outlet in the first place). I understand VIP Outlet is also a Marketplace vendor with Walmart. Don't walk - Run to the nearest exit. Update - Just saw a response posted from VIP Outlet. Their response to try and repair their deservedly awful online reputation was considerably faster than their response to several of my requests for help. Are they egregious scammers? Read the reviews and especially the Better Business Bureau ratings and decide for yourself.

Bought a laptop that was advertised in capital letters as BRAND NEW! When I received it it was clearly not brand new. Finger prints & smudges all over. Returned it immediately!
