Vidal and my coach Pamela have truly changed my life. I came to Vidal looking for just weight loss help. I have always struggled with weight loss and being overweight even as a child. After having two kids the weight loss became even harder. I felt awful and that was starting to affect my life in every aspect. This journey has become so much more than just weight loss. I was originally referred to Kristen (then Rebecca-following Kristen’s maternity leave) at Vidal by a close friend to help me in my fertility journey after dealing with loss. I was pretty lost and confused, feeling like I was already doing so many things “right”- exercising regularly, low tox living, healthy diet, etc. But my Dutch test revealed some hormone imbalances that no other providers had tested for (high cortisol & low progesterone being the main ones). Through the flush protocol, lifestyle changes and helpful meal plan support, I was able to bring down inflammation, improve physical symptoms and am now expecting my rainbow babe! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with both of these fantastic ladies, and gained lifelong knowledge that I’ll be able to pass down to my children as well.
