Sara has been amazing to work with. Communication, support, motivation, understanding, guidance, understanding. This whole experience of doing Vidal has been great, but to be honest working with Sara is what has made the life style change positive and achievable!

I started following Vidal Coaching online and saw the incredible & positive healing results individuals were experiencing. I was tired of feeling overwhelming stress, sleepless nights, and just not feeling myself. I made the decision to pursue their help with the flush program. I initially went in thinking I just needed that and I would be good. I then met Sara my coach. She not only listened but truly understood what I was feeling. She walked me through the process and upon completing the flush, I wanted to keep working with her and to continue the program. Sara holds me accountable which is what I need. She reels me back in with no judgments. She has such great recommendations on how to take the time and learn to de-stress. I truly am thankful to her for my healing process, educating me, and continued support these last 12+ weeks. She motivates me & I only wish I would have met her a long time ago!

I’m very happy with all of the resources offered! I’m especially super happy with their coach Tanner Cook! He has helped me in so many ways outside and inside of the gym. My life has truly become better after working with him! I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to grow in life and the gym!

I’ve had coaching before and it never seemed like I could any gain traction. Always felt like I was spinning my wheels not really getting where I wanted. That is until I started working with tanner. I trained with him for a little bit over a year. He truly helped me push my limits and grow in the ways that I wanted not only physically but mentally as well. I made leaps and bounds with my physique, gut health and mental health. Also having the resources with Vidal was a huge help especially with systemic issues. All in all and awesome experience.

Tanner is a god send! I wanted to review my lab work and he was extremely thorough. We went through the levels of my biomarkers and he broke everything down in an easy for me to understand. He also suggested supplements that would help me in the places I needed. Although I am not able to pursue full training at this time, when I do, it is a no brainer that I will be using Tanner. He is so kind, easy to talk to, and is willing to go out of his way to get every answer to the questions I ask. I highly recommend using him for your coaching.

Working with Tanner has been an incredible experience. He is prompt with responses, intelligent with workout and products that work best together. He is a coach that cares about not only your physical wellbeing but your mental as well. He is the type that makes sure you’re in the right space and he actually helps you get there with advice, videos and a support system. Tanner personalizes your meal and workout plan according to your goals and aspirations. He LISTENS to what you want and uses his knowledge to get you the results you are looking for. He holds you accountable and overall is an incredible coach! Tanner takes the time to deepen his education to set him apart from other coaches. Stop waiting and freaking call him.

Tanner has been fantastic. Together we have achieved 40 lbs of weight loss all while maintaining my health, and supporting my body. He has adapted my plan to fit my schedule and my needs! Cannot recommend him enough!
