They hide their billing
They hide their billing. I paid for 6 months of coaching and then I was automatically charged $400 per month once the term finished without being told and when I asked for a refund they said nope they needed a 30 day notice haha what a scam. Update: actually in that text it said March 26th and I have a screenshot of it to prove it, my contract also says March 26th.

Hi Joe, We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. The continuation of coaching after your initial term was communicated in several places during your onboarding: • In the contract you signed on August 28, which outlines the transition to a monthly subscription after the initial term unless canceled with 30 days’ notice. • In your onboarding email sent September 3, which included a highlighted note stating: “Monthly subscription charge date: 3/4/26 (charged on the 4th of each month).” • In a text message from your coach on February 24, where your contract was included again for review and it noted: “You can continue coaching at the rate of $399 per month starting March 4.” Many of our clients actually prefer the monthly continuation because it allows them to keep progressing without any lapse in support or interruption to their coaching experience. Considering the outcomes and support provided during your time in the program, it feels respectfully unfair to characterize this as a scam or as a lack of communication when the details were shared in multiple places, at multiple times, from multiple sources. That said, we always strive to improve our communication and appreciate feedback. If there is anything we could do to make this process clearer for clients in the future, we would genuinely value that input.
