Worst internet service EVER!!! Their sales team lies about service and prices and billing service. Their service is a scam.

Worst internet that we’ve had for along time and it took the man forever to install it so nothing fast about that at all and the speed is awful this is not a fast high speed internet service at all and they said we’d get a 300 dollar gift card after our first payment that was a lie and anytime it clouds up we can’t use our internet and you can’t even play call of duty or anything because the internet is so slow.

We got the best plan available that was supposed to work "for all of our needs". We can't even watch one movie without it buffering every 5 minutes. I told them my daughter works remotely and they said it would be perfect. NOPE! Not at all. I did every trouble shooting suggestion and nothing changed. It's been 2 weeks and I called to cancel it. Still have to pay a full month and then I am responsible for climbing on the roof to disconnect the satellite to return it. Worst customer service ever!! Do not waste your time or money. Btw, Starlink works great here.

Beware of this company. Absolutely hideous service. Slower than promised speeds (6 instead of 35), high rates and predatory, customer-abusive billing practice. There should be a law against companies treating consumers this way. DO. YOUR. RESEARCH!!!!! Read the reviews - people are telling the truth.

It is ridiculously expensive, and I changed my internet company because the "latency" was annoying. Much less cost and much better connection now.

Rude customer service.

I made. A purchase from Simply Sours. It was a buy 1 get 2 free for trying it.site said free refunds in 30 days if you wanted to cancel. It cost $39.99. It took close to 3 week for the shipment to arrive. Soon after i got an e mail saying my 2nd order was being prepared to ship and they charged my card $239.99. I tried to call them, no phone # available. No email way to contact them. I finally went through their site and told them i did not place a second order and wanted a refund for my $239.99. They responded they were not accepting return’s at this time. I called my bank and canceled my card to stop them from any further charges. I’ve contacted them at least 6 times trying get my money refunded. I told them i wanted the refund in the form of a check since i had to cancel my card. I’ve been fighting this since early March. Today is April 21st and i still don’t have my $239.99 back that i didn’t authorize.

The internet is a joke out here period. When the wind blows or it rains or just simply a cloudy day you’re not going to watch TV here. Trying to stay connected is nearly impossible!!
