The internet is too low I can’t watch a movie because stopped every five minutes , I’m very disappointed , this happened every day.

Exorbitantly expensive for SNAIL SLOWww internet speed. No speed here. Often no connection at all or barely there at best. Truly taking advantage of the other companies not providing service to our area. When the government low income subsidy lapsed Viasat TRIPLED the cost to low income folks trapped into having their "service". Nice, huh?

Weak to nonexistent internet when we have heavy rains. Weak Wi-Fi throughout the house- never ever reach the download/ upload speeds we pay for monthly. If I could get fiber to my house, I would cancel Viasat.

The support staff is amazing! They listen and understand and will work to make your Viasat experience excellent. We are very pleased with this company.
