They had a problem with their internet service. I was without internet on my 3 devices. It took 5 calls to find out they wanted to charge me $99 to send someone out. They admitted the problem was on their end, so why should I be charged for a service call. They admitted the price of their service was going up as well. I switched to Xfinity and I’m locked in at $90 a month for5 years. Unlimited data and I also also get paramount + included in my plan. Service is great. I would not recommend Viasat. I was always paying for extra data which was expensive.

No communication with customer about outage. Out of internet about a month and had to call several times to find out what was wrong and company kept collecting their $94.oo

It is ridiculously expensive, and I changed my internet company because the "latency" was annoying. Much less cost and much better connection now.

Not fast enough for working from home.

It amazes me I was sent an email regarding signal improvement BEFORE I complained about it. Its like it was known already...this slow signal issue. To pay what I am, I am NOT satisfied w/ service, overall. B/C EVERY THING in our world depends on WiFi, improvement should be made to have better [signal] quality.

They are the only ones that will bring Internet to rural areas so have no choice but to use them. Sales always sound good but it is difficult to get service!

Since 2019 I been with this company, I'll give them 5 stars hands down, do a great service when they need to repair, I'm sorry for giving only three stars, because majority of my experience since I'll being with this company my internet its always stays very slow, ǰust trying to loading,up Oit of the 30 day of the month I get lucky to get maybe 10 days at the most of fair conextion.
