VetRxDirect is by far the most efficient and fair priced pet pharmacy on the Internet. I had my order in 3 (YES, THREE) days after purchase. Incredible considering they had to contact my vet to confirm and then mail it out. I'm a repeat customer bc of their low prices on meds and quick responses to my questions.

Excellent customer service. I had a problem when part of my order arrived damaged. They acted immediately to correct things and sent me a replacement right away with no delay. Couldn't have been nicer! (And the replacement arrived in perfect condition.)

One of my three beloved furbabies has glaucoma and is taking 3 different eye drops in additional to OTC dry-eye eye drops. The medications from the vet are outrageously expensive. I researched several different clinics, pet stores and websites. When I found VetRxDirect I was surprised by the prices. I always buy enough to ensure I have free shipping, they offer great additional coupon code savings, and delivery is right to my door in a timely manner.

Pros: Product arrived in a timely fashion and in tact. Purchase experience was easy. Cons: The reason I went to VetRxDirect is that I needed to purchase RenaVast for my cat who has Chronic Kidney Disease. I used to be able to purchase the product directly from the manufacturer. However, they changed their distribution channel to VetRxDirect. Although the current price increase of $2 is not a big deal, I am more concerned that VetRxDirect is indicating that this is a discounted rate and that the regular price will be $42. This is almost a 30% price increase!! I also do not like that I cannot pay through paypal (which I was able to do through the manufacturer). Since VetRxDirect is a new vendor for me, I would have been more comfortable paying with PayPal instead of handing over my credit card information to an unknown (at least to me) entity.

Nicole, The $42 price that you see is the suggested retail price. We sell it at a discounted rate of $30 which will not increase that we know of in the near future. We are also working on getting PayPal, we just don't have it quite yet. We hope you continue to enjoy doing business with VetRxDirect. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect

This is a must have service for pet owners. I have a dog and a cat, and instead of having to get the medicine at the vet, I can get it online! Cannot wait to use it again
