I have ordered my dog's RX's from VetRxDirect several times in the past. They are easy to deal with. They handle all the notifications (they contact my vet and verify my pet's RX) and delivery. AND, it's delivered when they say it will be there. I certainly recommend them.

The only website that my vet recommended. Tri Heart is available cheaper here than any where else.

Ordered before and their shipping time frame has steadily increased. This time they "lost" the order and we had to call and find out where it was. There customer service team saved it by getting us everything by Monday, but my cat was without a med for 4 days because of the "lost order" and we ordered a full week before we ran out.

The animal hospital and vets I use are very busy as most are and sometimes they get a little behind in the faxing prescriptions department. ;VetRxDirect really helped me out by making several requests to the vet and even a phone call (which saved me having to do it). Problem was resolved by customer service....very helpful.
