VetRxDirect has been the best way for me to receive my dog's medications. I don't have to leave home for his prescriptions, I just order online, they confirm with my vet, and my medications are at my doorstep in just a few days! It's so convenient and I wouldn't use anyone else:)

Several times my prescriptions are not being handled correctly. They seem not to get faxed out in a timely manner or to the correct Doctor. With all the business I am giving to them you think they would get it right seeing as how I am answering their questions as to Drs.

Mr. Citelli, We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your experience with VetRxDirect. Our procedure for every prescription order is to fax the veterinarian as soon as we receive the order. If we have not heard anything within 24 hours, we fax them again. It is the responsibility of the customer however to provide the correct veterinarian name. We have no way of knowing if the veterinarian name is incorrect so we send the fax to whichever vet is on the order. If you are a cat owner/lover, you will appreciate the many adventures you might have while trying to coax a cat to endure a face mask placed over their muzzle, receive a puff from an inhaler, and then convince the cat to calmly inhale while you attempt to count their breaths. Added to that, if you have a fat cat, you realize how slippery they are....one minute you think you have them in a secure grip, the next..the cat is gone. My beloved Chloe would have NOTHING to do with an inhaler that was ordered by my vet. HOWEVER....she absolutely tolerates the AEROCAT Feline Aerosol Chamber. I placed the order through VetRxDirect at a very good price, it arrived quickly, and I now have a happy fat cat with asthma who is breathing much better. So is her owner.

I was worried when I was told I could no longer order directly from Renavast but when I placed my order and received in the mail the IDENTICAL (security sealed product) I was relieved. My cat is my child and my expectations for his well being are at the top of my priority list!

Our little Cavalier Abigail was diagnosed with Diabetes and the vet could not regulate her. It fell to us to test her twice-daily....we were not overjoyed by that prospect but we had no choice in the matter. We ordered our supplies from Vet Rx Direct and received them promptly.
