Good service once they received the mail them prescription. If your veterinarian does not authorized via email or fax to them, it's a very slow process. My prescription took two weeks to get to them. I don't know what the delay of the mail to their offices but it's earliest now mail. I will use him again, because your prices are good. I now know I have to get my prescriptions at least three weeks before I actually need medicine before my pants.

Two major things will prevent me from doing business with VetRx again. Deceptive pricing. The prescription I needed could only be sent overnight. Why isn't that included in the listing? If it was, I didn't see it. Also, why can I select normal ground shipping if it's not an option? It's a simple fix. Force the user to choose the correct shipping. That's just web-guy laziness. Communication skills need to be improved. Why do I need to do so much work with getting my vet to approve the prescription? Isn't that your thing? If I wanted to talk to the vet so much, I'd just get the medicine from him. Also, don't call me. I'm doing business on the web...e-mail me. Do you answer calls from unknown numbers? No. Never. It's 2013. Nobody ain't got time for that.

I am very happy with VetRxDirect. The people there are friendly, helpful and resourceful and I can get my meds for the best prices. My vet never received the fax sent by VetRxDirect. No follow up call was made to me or to the vet so my prescription was delayed another week and my dog went without his thyroid medication for that time. I would have appreciated it if you would have let me know that there was a problem so I could have contacted the vet sooner.

Our procedure is to fax the veterinarian as soon as we receive the order and again in 24 hours if we have not heard from them. At that time we send an email to the customer notifying them that we have not received the prescription. If you have not heard anything from us within two business days, we do recommend calling to check on your order, that way we can let you know what is going on. We have no way of knowing if the vet does not receive our faxes unless someone calls. We hope your orders in the future are more smooth and we appreciate your feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect
