Not great, not horrible, just meh. Not a lot of other options out there for the meds I need for my dog so I guess I'll be sticking with just meh for now.

MY DOG IS ALMOST SEVEN YEARS OLD, HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH DIABETESE LAST FEBRUARY, SINCE THEN HE IS ON INSULIN TWICE A DAY, HE ALSO DEVELOPED CATARACT IN BOTH EYES. I WAS TOLD BY MT VET THAT OTHER PET OWNERS TRIED THIS CAPSULE. HE FINISHED ONE BOTTLE, AND THIS IS HIS SECOND BOTTLE, I AM PRAYING FOR RESULTS OF IMPROVEMENT FOR HIS EYESIGHT

my order went to an old address. My fault but I felt Vet Rx could have been more helpful about my problem

It would be nice to get the product so I can review it.

Doctor had changed prescription to add pills, and I was not contacted by phone or email to be able to update the order on my credit card. I called customer service and was told they do not change unless it's an antibiotic. Also, one drug is chemo and toxic and NO markings on the bottle, NO warning stickers. Bottle should have been placed in separate bag and very clearly stated to NOT touch the pills. Overall, great prices but disappointed.

I received my FrontLine+ 3 pack but the retail pack was shoved into another small box which was too small. The Frontline box was bent like it was forced in there. Luckily the flea drop containers are sealed tight. Poor packaging on this order.

I ordered ear medicine for my dog on Monday July 6 because on Saturday I noticed him scratching at his ears and noticed a smell. Your customer service e-mailed me that they wanted to verify the ship to address so I called. by Wednesday no Meds and I called and they told me that there had been a mix up and the they would get it out to me by Saturday. Now I understand there are shipping times but when you are dealing with sick animals I think there should be priorities made. The meds did make it Saturday and they have worked so I am happy about that.

I ordered rejuvenate for dogs a year ago and when I ordered more the expiration date is the same as a year ago. In other words the expiration date is 6/2015. Other than that it works well for my dog.
