Horrible customer service. Im begging them to replace a medicine for my cat with progressive kidney disease. I payed 115$ in the medicine which Amazon sells for 85$ . They delivered medication second day at 10am when they send me delivery notification at1 :18 pm.This is Brooklyn New York. It's dangerous to live your packages here half a day withoutbpi kingbthem up. When I went down in my apartment it was stolen. I contacted them. They have no actual customer service Just messaging when they charge a lot? First day they answered me and asked me if I wanted refund or replacement I talled them I needed a replacement right away Medication is ending and I have a lot of bill taking him to hospital in-between. After that they just stopped responding me. I m already texting them days. Its fine I will just never order from them . Its over.

Terrible service. Won't ship your medication in time. Will change answers on what's holding the shipment and will lie to you about every single detail you can easily check. Scammed! BEWARE

DEMOLITION- I work in the demolition field and it's time for serious demolition. This company's a absolute shyster rip-off. Beware! I signed up online and went to order tacrolimus 1% ointment thinking I was getting such a deal. Luckily I looked on trustpilot first. I immediately called customer service, talk about idiots, and I immediately asked what the expiration date would be on the medication and I was told it was 14 days! This is eye ointment meant to be used sparingly on a daily basis three times a day. I was ordering a 10 g tube which should have lasted my little girl about 4 to 5 months. What a bummer it was over a 60% savings compared to the compounding pharmacy I use now and now I know why. HOW COULD HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS ACT IN THIS WAY? GOD HELP THEM IF I HAD ORDERED THIS MEDICINE WITHOUT CHECKING THE REVIEWS AND THEY HARMED MY LITTLE GIRL'S EYES⚡💥 I DO NOT RECOMMEND 🤬

Had a cheap price, but said they were out of that size and wanted to charge me a lot more for a different sized bottle even though the number of pills were the same. Basically just tried to scam me. Going with a reputable place.

Purchased eye drops for our pup and he started rubbing his eye. I reached out to the company asking about a satisfaction guarantee or refund or any sort of help and they simply said “no refunds”! They didn’t even question if my pup was ok or what’s going on. No concern at all. Will not be purchasing from them ever again. I don’t trust this company.

Ordered an ear ointment for my dog which had an expiration of only 6 months; We were planning on reusing this product as our dog gets recurrent ear infections (thus we ordered a larger 30 gram size). Instead of replying politely to us, someone named Jane basically replied 'this is what it is and moving forward go find another pharmacy to order from'. Very rude and inconsiderate people.

Problems with their website that prevented me from ordering refill. No response to my VMs or email, no notice that web issue had been fixed--I just had to keep trying until it went thru.
