I placed an order 10/4 around 3PM and order was delivered to my home by 10/6 by 11AM. Great service! I was very worried about missing a dose of my cat’s heart meds. Thankfully, we didn’t thanks to VetRxDirect!

I have been ordering lactate ringers solution for our Precious for a few yrs for her kidney disease. I have found their customer service very good and reasonable prices. One time we had a leaking bag and they credited my account w/ no problem. They are very good in getting in touch w/ you if you let them know. They are prompt in sending their products also.

I was a little hesitant to order from Vetrx based on people saying they were hard to reach. They may not have answered the phone as quickly as I would like but I left a message as they called me back the next day! In addition they were very responsive to emails and texts. I'm completely satisfied and will continue to order from Vetrx in the future!

I've used VetRxDirect for years and have always gotten excellent service. Today one of their employees, Tyler, took it next-level! I had unintentionally mixed up the prescriptions for our 3 dogs - he was super helpful and patient on the phone as we talked through it all. A few minutes after our call, I got an email that he had already spoken with our vet and had all of the authorizations needed. Service that's both efficient *and* personal is a hard thing to find these days! I cannot recommend them highly enough. :-)

I often order medicine here for my beloved dog. Here the prices are reasonable, often cheaper than in the neighboring veterinary clinic. Yes, and sometimes there is no time to go for medicine, then I also order here.
