Took over a month to ship an order and once they provided tracking it still didn’t ship for over a week. Horrible customer service

I read all the positive reviews on tiktok and instagram only to find out that it was my worst mistake to order from them. My order had a 2 month delay and when i e-mailed the company (multiple times) they answered only one time saying they will ship it. Now the package has arrived to find out the got my order wrong!! I didn’t receive 2 records i ordered and they gave me 1 wrong one in return. I still owe money from them but they will not response what so ever so i’m taking charges with paypal hoping they will help me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Didn’t have it in stock but failed to inform me for two weeks until I contacted them asking about the location of my order. Useless company with terrible communication. Didn’t even reimburse me the full amount I purchased for the vinyl either.

sent me the wrong vinyl and then tried to charge me $4 for a refund cancellation fee?????

Bought Tyler, The Creator's "BASTARD". The sleeve came in amazing condition, but the record itself had scratches on it. No difference audibly when the needle ran over the marks up until the last track where the popping and static increased.

I am going to be honest here coming from my own experience with Vertigo Vinyl (sorry it might be a bit long).. I recently ordered their exclusive pressing of Nicole Dollanganger's "Natural Born Losers" back in late November and the "Heart Shaped Bed" restock on Cyber Monday Sales. As i am located in Australia i ordered the HSB vinyl to pick up in store so i could email and ask to merge the orders to avoid shipping costs and international refund taxes ect. It took about 2 weeks to get a response, but Kendyl was lovely to deal with. Fortunately, this was possible as i had worried about past reviews, so i tread mindfully throughout my experience and i cant help but say everything went really well. Coming up to the release date of the pre-orders I had received an email regarding an invalid address with the HSB vinyl. I replied confirming my address and explaining that the two orders were merged and they promptly shipped it out the next day (Jan 18th 25). Once I had received the vinyls (Jan 30th 25), there was a seem split on each which was disappointing so I would recommend VV to pack with plastic wrap or paper as there was extra room in the box which caused them to move around or take out the vinyl before shipping. I can see that they are trying to help the company out and turn it around but i believe more staff is need for how quickly they're growing. just to deal with how many orders they're getting. I really would like to see this company grow and succeed but there needs to be significant changes, fortunately my experience was great. Also pls if u can restock or repress Married in Mount Airy 🙌🙌

Placed an order with Vertigo Vinyl on 12/06. A shipping label was created a week later, then the order remained in "label created" status for another 8 days. I phoned and spoke with someone twice over the phone who said that he'd ship my records that day. It is now 12/20 and my records still have not shipped! Will not be ordering from again!

Do not make purchases on this site, no one answers through any communication channel. I made a purchase in September. They sent it wrong and they do not answer me for the money. Terrible customer service.
