I ordered two albums from them. I only received one album. I have called the company and send 3 emails and have gotten no response from anyone.

Made an order for a cousin to pick up while they were in the US, picked the most expensive shipping method and the records never arrived because it got lost with UPS and my cousin left because it got lost for a month at that point. When I contacted the customer service for them to file a lost claim with UPS they refused saying it's not their responsibility (it literally is and in their FAQ it said they would do so) and later stopped replying to my emails so basically they robbed me of my money and there is nothing I can do anymore because I don't live in the US. I also contacted their 19 year old owner on instagram complaining about their customer service and he blocked me lmao. These people don't care about music and all they care about is social media traction which helps them in making money of naive people, shop at a better spot or just order the albums off of amazon.

i ordered a vinyl from them and chose the fastest shipping method hoping it would be here (nyc) in less than 2 weeks because i have to leave to someplace else. i called them after 12 days cuz my order wasnt coming and they said they hadnt even packed the order yet and the delivery would take 1 month…??? luckily i canceled my order and got my money refunded. stressful situation and definitely not ordering from them again.

If I could give them 0 star I would They sent my item damaged, they didn’t arrive damaged by the delivery team, vertigo vinyl damaged the item while packaging it and shipped it out When I asked for a resolution they said that sales are final despite them damaging it, tried to go through PayPal to get a refund and they requested I return the item, despite the fact I already paid $60 to have it shipped to me the first time Rude staff, incompetent packaging, no protection if you’re in the UK ordering from the US

Ordered a vinyl in April and it still hadn’t shipped by June. Asked what was going on and for a refund if necessary. Never got a reply, but did get a refund. Guess they didn’t want my business. Disappointed with the poor customer service. I would advise ordering elsewhere, seems like a lot of people are left waiting on orders.

Scam website, they make false promises to ship items and never do. They have more time to sit and make tiktoks rather than actually ship items, there are better alternatives. DO NOT BUY FROM VERTIGO VINYL
