I ordered two lps from them, waited about 2 months with no reply before finally messaging them on instagram. They didn't reply so i commented on their posts asking about my order and shockingly they deleted my comments. Eventually they replied, told me i gave them the wrong email address (which i didn't they somehow wrote it wrong in their system) had ppl replying to my comments calling me stupid. up until i issued a refund they finally replied to message and told me they wrote my email wrong and asked to give me a free vinyl with my order, i told them what vinyl i wanted and they left me on read. got my refund about a week later. horrible customer service. this kid needs to have a bit more respect for his paying customers. do not recommend at all just get the original lps instead of these fakes ones.

They were promoting a “discount” on the album etazhi by molachat doma on a coke bottle clear vinyl on their instagram. The normal price was €45, and it was “discounted” to €24,40, while the label sells it for €19,95 normally. I commented that it was way cheaper on the labels website and the comment was removed. I commented again that it was overpriced and was blocked which is an extremely unprofessional way of handling such situations.

My experience with Vertigo Vinyl was not positive. I placed an order mid February, which was marked as shipped four days later. However, it was actually given to USPS five days after being marked "shipped". Upon receiving the package, I discovered it contained the wrong item. I contacted Vertigo Vinyl about the mistake and a replacement order was created the same day. The shipment was marked shipped the same day I reached out. However, the replacement was actually given to USPS 6 days later. Additionally, my attempt to get information about the delay in the first shipment resulted in an unhelpful automated response. I will commend them for responding to my emails within a day, packing the vinyl well, and rapidly starting a return for the incorrect item. They also refunded the shipping cost to return the incorrect item, but it took me emailing them. Overall, I am disappointed and frustrated with the slow shipping times, and receiving the incorrect item. I chose to give this small business a chance under the assumption that shipping would be fast, and that mistakes like sending the wrong item would not happen. I would not recommend Vertigo Vinyl based on my experience.

Order for one vinyl took 6 weeks before it was shipped (despite website stating 1-7 business days processing time, including international orders) No response when contacting customer service via email. Managed to get a response by messaging on instagram, but no apology or explanation, although order was then shipped and arrived quite quickly. I won't be ordering from them again unfortunately.

first time buyer… they sent the wrong colors & refused to allow me to return the vinyl i wished to return because “colors may vary” yet they have certain colors in the photos which you’d expect to receive but i did not. never buying again. top photo is what i received & bottom 2 is what i ordered. i received a completely different cover from what i ordered for 1 & the other teal/green which i already have.

Ordered the Mac Miller «The divine Feminine» Vinyl a couple of months ago. After about 3 weeks we emailed them asking about some shipping information etc, since we never got any. They said for international Orders it would take 2-4 weeks untill they ship. But now it’s been almost 3 months since ordering and still no information, and they barely reply to emails.

Had a choice between buying an album on vinyl directly from the record label or from Vertigo vinyl. Both were shipping from USA to UK so substantial shipping costs. I opted for Vertigo as I’d seen quite a few vids on Tik tok hyping the company. And looking through the website found a good selection of rareish vinyl. Unfortunately 2 weeks after ordering a stock item it still hadn’t been shipped and took a couple of emails before getting a response, which was polite enough. The tracking number I was sent for some reason didn’t work? When the record finally arrived the vinyl sleeve was damaged, which I’m aware can happen, especially with international shipping but the packaging was not sufficient, just a very thin box and no extra protection. I wouldn’t use them again, though possibly the service they provide for US customers is better.
