Asked me to sign to waive my right to chargeback. If my item is never delivered, I'd have no recourse. Never asked this before.

As a business person they way VersaDesk handled my order was ridiculous and an inconvenience. They would not process my order without proof of who I was, it was the first time in my entire career of ordering any item from any company. But that's okay VeriDesk took my order.

This is a reasonable solution but it could be improved: -> I like the motorized up/down motion, but the up motion from the fully down position starts out "bouncey". -> The contact pads on the base of the VersaDesk need to grip the supporting desk surface more securely. As it it, the base of the VersaDesk can easily slide over the surface of the supporting desk. -> When the VersaDesk is in the raised position, it is not as rigid as I would prefer. -> When the VersaDesk is lowered to the fully down position, the keyboard shelf does not rest flat on the surface of the supporting desk. -> The accessories that I ordered (and paid for) consisting of a monitor post and a power strip have not yet arrived although the advertised delivery date has since passed (ordered on 2017-08-17).

Truthfully I have only got 1 email from VersaDesk and that was when I ordered the desk, very poor communication, you try to put in your order # to see what the status is and you can't. All it tells you is 7 to 10 business days, would be nice to know what the status is along the way. The only communication I have received is 2 reviews. Hard to leave a review the desk if you don't even have it. This is day 7 and no response on when it will ship, how it will ship nothing just another review. Very poor communication on shipping but great review on sending out your reviews.

Best investment you can do for yourself. I have a spinal injury and I work sitting down for 8 hours. Sometimes more than that. After 2 yo 3 hours sitting down, my leg my foot are all aching and some times getting spasm. With VersaDesk, when I start to feel the pain, I can just raise up my desk with a push of a button and work standing up. Love it. Thank you VersaDesk.

I had a chat. Got answers to all my questions. Nice people. I order a VersaDesk and waiting to receive it. So far, I am very happy with this company.

I was excited to order the desk, but why does shipping take soooooo long? It's been over two weeks and still no shipping information, and per you notification, shipping could take another 7 business..days... I guess I am just too used to Amazon prime - where the offer 2 day shipping....

I LOVE my new VersaDesk and wish I had found this desk earlier! I'm using it now and am enjoying the benefits of not sitting. I'm so glad I ordered the 40" version. It has plenty of room for my large monitor and laptop plus other items. I'm also very pleased with the maple finish-it matches my natural finish maple furniture well and looks like it is custom-made. The ease with which the unit goes up and down is great-my back is very appreciative. I'm so glad I didn't order a similar unit without power from another company for a higher cost! Louie in customer service was very helpful with all my questions before making this investment in my health. Thank you!
