Excellent Delivery of product... Easy to order

I love my new standing desk. I wish I had not waited so long to order one. My Dell computer, all in one, sits perfectly on the top riser and I had no problems at all with it fitting on my office desk. The only caveat I have is for smaller people. Because it comes fully assembled, the shipping box is quite heavy. It takes two people or one strong person to carry it and lift it.

I receive my desk Thursday and I have really enjoyed it and I would purchase again if need be and I highly recommend this for anyone who has a sit-down job where you sitting at a desk all day. I recommend sitting every now and then otherwise you're going to feel it in your back also I recommend getting a mat to stand on for the support of you standing on your feet all day.

I ordered the Micro Power Desktop Dual Monitor desk on August 8, 2017 and it arrived on September 27, 2017. The chat agents told me it was delayed because it was a new product and had to undergo testing. I was fine with that because since I am paying for it, I want it to be right. However, I never received any status updates on the delay from the company. Every update came on the website's chat feature. I had to initiate a chat 5 times to get status updates. Finally after almost 2 months the desk arrived. I did not receive one of the tools that was supposed to be included and I only received 2 of the 5 steps to put it together. Again, I had to initiate a chat in order to inform them I was missing a tool and to send complete instructions. I was able to put the desk together myself (in about 30 minutes) but had to have an IT guy here at the office install the monitors since there were no instructions on how to install them. Today is the first day I am able to use the desk and I like it ok, the only problem I have is that the monitors seem to lean down from the top. I am hopeful that once the tool arrives I can tighten the bolts to make the monitors level, if not I will just need to adjust because I am not going to send it back, I have waited too long. All in all I think the desk will work for me, but it was a little more hassle then I like when spending that kind of money for a product.

This is my 3rd order with Versa Desk. Everyone in my office who has seen it - loves it! Great Service. Great delivery time. Excellent product.
