I ordered four of these to use in a clinical testing laboratory where I needed to be able to use testing equipment adjustable to different heights. After only one day of use these are working perfectly. Better yet they were less expensive than overpriced and basically wothless laboratory jacks. Besides giving the lab a cleaner and more professional appearance these are definitely going to increase the productivity of my technicians as well as making them very happy. I'd give these 6 stars if I could.

The website was very user-friendly. Only disappointed that it does not give you shipping information at the time of purchase. You do not know when to expect delivery. It was then that I went a couple of days later to the customer portal and found it would take a full week before it would even be shipped. I found this to be unreasonable in this day and age when you can get things so much quicker from Amazon. I chatted online where they service rep. Later that day they sent me an email stating they had went ahead and shipped my desk. So I am very pleased with the customer service. Not so pleased it was an issue in the first place. It is more common than not for online shopping to receive your estimated delivery date at time of purchase. I feel you should look into that.

I had to verify my order after placing. And I had to get someone to do the setting up for me. but other than the product is great, the service was very good and I am happy. I have already recommended this company to a friend.

Everything went exactly as I needed it to go. I was more than pleased.

I ordered a desk on August 11 and it is August 23....It has yet to arrive. I called customer service this morning and left a message. Waited four hours and called again. They tell me I will have my desk in a week. This is not good customer service. VersaDesk has had my money for 12 days but have yet to ship. VersaDesk asked for you opinion before they have even delivered.

Very easy to set up and easy to use. Would recommend this desk.
