I would prefer more info about my order. But otherwise, good experience.

I ordered a Power Pro 36 on Friday Aug 25th, 1 week later the item was put on sale for $50.00 dollars less, when I called to get the lower price, I was told it could not be given. Very poor customer service to a loyal customer. I called twice and was told it would be looked into, but to date I've not heard back from Versadesk. I cannot recommend this vendor to anyone

Bought these for two attorneys who say the ability to stand and stretch periodically is a total relief!!

As a mechanical engineer, I am absolutely delighted with the function and sturdiness of this unit. They did an excellent job of eliminating any tendency to vibrate while typing. It supports my height of 6 feet just fine. I am ordering a second one for the office.

Incorrect shipping time frame listed on site during purchase and in the confirmation email. After that 7 calendar days passed and it had not shipped, I was told it would ship the end of that week. When it did not ship the end of that week, I was told it would ship the end of the next week. It did finally ship and arrived quickly once shipped. It was rather frustrating waiting over 3 calendar weeks from the date I purchased the desk online until it shipped to me. I love the desk and would recommend it to anyone!

I have not been able to purchase from you due to your lack of a good Credit Card system. I wasted will over an hour trying to purchase from you to no avail. Tried two card with both $10,000 credit limits and were turned down. Both have $0 balances.

Wish I would have purchased sooner!!! My back is thanking me for my new VersaDesk & I am loving it!!!
