Great service and great products! Easy ordering online and prompt service. Packaging was excellent with wonderful instructions. I’ve used my lamps now for about a week and am getting into the habit!! Here in the PNW I like the light! Especially on our rainy and dark days! Thanks Verilux!

I purchased a replacement bulb for a vacuum cleaner. No instructions inside, no "thank you for your order" no communication at all. I still haven't gotten the bulb to work, but will try again this evening to see if I installed it improperly. I would call this poor service and I have used Verilux products for many years.

Hi Michele, Your order would have had 3 emails - confirmation, shipping confirmation and delivery confirmation. Our Customer Support Team sent an email to help with the bulb installation. It is possible they ended up in a spam folder. Please call us 800-786-6850 or email [email protected] and we can help you locate the emails or resend them. We hope this helps. Kind regards, Caitlin

The light I ordered was just as described on the website. Quality item, good price and prompt shipping.

The company is nice to deal with, but this is the 3rd lamp I got from them in 2 years. Each one had to be replaced after a few months. Obviously, it's not a durable product, but my husband likes it's construction, the way it fits on the desk. The lamp that we got this time does not even have the option of replacing the bulb. When the bulb goes the lamp goes. I think they should put some effort in to upgrading their product. I am not able to recommend it to others, as it presents itself now.

Hi Eliezer, We are so sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with your lamps. They should be under warranty still by the sounds of it, and if so, we'd be happy to send you out a replacement. The new lamp is an LED, which is why the bulb does not need to be replaced. We can be reached at 800-786-6850 or email at [email protected]. Kind regards, Caitlin

Impressed with everything from packaging to assembly of a light that worked perfectly right out of the box. My workhorse reading lamp!

I love my reading lamp although the bulbs and shipping are a little steep. Do toy sell them in the stores anywhere?
