I believe in light therapy; Veriilux and HappyLight have made me a believer. It isn't a single cure for Severe Winter Blues/Depression/S.A.D; but, is in addition to other self help remedies (exercise, keep moving/motivated, vitamin D supplement protocols, seeing the doctor to keep healthy, etc). I've owned the HappyLight for years now, and recently bought the smaller version so I can use it in other areas of my life (the smaller one is much more mobile). Thanks, bunches for the quality and customer service.

The happy light is awesome and I use it every day. I suffer greatly from SAD and it had been helping with all the cloudy days we have already in 2018. I recommend the happy light to anyone needing more sunlight.

The experience was a pleasant one. The confirmation email was great. However, the original Verilux bulb that came with the light fixture new from the store only lasted 4-5 months on for only a few hours an evening making the claim of 10,000 hours a huge exaggeration. Seems 500 hours would be a lot closer.
