the site claimed 10000 hours usage, i only used the lamp for about a year, approximately 2800 hours, but was told that verilux did not in fact support the advertised usage, so i had to buy new replacement at full price.

These happy lights have changed my life. My only regret is that I didn't purchase them sooner. A must have during the winter months. Have made a huge difference in my mood and ability to focus. Too bad I can't give the lights 10 stars.

We recently ordered a replacement bulb for our Happy Light. After installing, it didn't fully illuminate so I contacted your Customer Service. Unfortunately, our light itself was the issue so you instructed me to return the new bulb for a total refund. I am so impressed with the prompt and courteous service that I will be ordering a new light!
