I really like this company, but I would LOVE TO SEE the option to include a note with it if it is to be given as a gift. My purchase was a surprise to a dear friend of mine who suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and when I called to ask about including a note, I was told, "no we couldn't do that." I personally Love your products!!!

I purchased this lamp for my desk. I contacted customer service for some specific measurements to be sure it would fit. This is not "just a lamp". The features of the lamp include a beautiful antique brass finish, a heavy base with on/off knob, a counterbalance arm and a fully adjustable lamp. Once the lamp is adjusted, it stays in position. But, it's the Verilux natural spectrum bulb that blows me away. There is no squinting and no eye strain whether using the computer or reading. When doing needle work, it is easy to distinguish colors of thread although I still have trouble threading the needle! I may have to buy a second one for craft work! Thank you Verilux!
