Must have been developed by 3 year old masochists. Brutal, had to ring airline to find out what to do and even they were clueless. I'd rather shove match sticks up my finger nails as apposed to using this app again.

To say this app is garbage is an insult to garbage everywhere.

Absolutely Useless.. do not even bother, does not recognise BA details

App doesn't accept difference between names caused by naming conventions. My original document has an "Umlaut" in the name - the flight ticket is issued with the correct replacement (ä = ae). Verifly can not "verify" the document because of that difference.. Ridiculous.

Just tried to input my BA Flight that I bought through BA that gives me a BA flight number but is actually an American Airlines flight. The App refuses to accept my BA Flight number and automatically puts in the AA flight number (no problem). Then I try to put in the booking reference BA gave me and it refuses. I cannot therefore even get the App up and working. Useless.

I had to check-in for a flight on Monday evening at Rotterdam. I had used Verifly to confirm the forms which I required and had a completion statement on my phone which I used at the airport to confirm to the checkin agent that I had all of the correct data. I did not have to produce the passenger locator form or my vaccination certificate to the checkin agent. Unfortunately the BA check-in system had failed so the checkin was being done manually, a hand written piece of card reminiscent of the cards used before computer check-in was the norm got me onto the flight. I am led to believe that there is a possible link between verifly and the checkin system, but of course with the checkin system down it was not possible.

App does not work, stuck on "take a selfie" so effectively useless

This is definitely the worst app that I have ever encountered. Unable to take selfie because of camera view (you need someone else to take it for you & finding an acceptable level of light source was unbelievable). Unable to load Covid passport, no matter how many different ways I tried. What's the point of displaying "Oops! there's a problem" without explaining what the problem is! The idea behind the app is good and will save time at the airport, but not this version of it. Utter garbage!
