App is easy to use, unfortunately its pointless, takes Orwell type details then proves absolutely pointless, cant check in with BA going round in circles, just given personal details to a random company, save the hassle and just check in at airport, you'll end up doing it anyway, BA need to sack verifly.

unbelievable - or perhaps too believable - that BA are recommending this incomprehensible nonsense - and not even an online version which can be filled it at desk with papers to hand. wonder who knows who to get this hopeless rubbish nominated. feels like track-n-trace #2 - is Dido anywhere near this?

Terrible experience. Three days ago I was able to simply upload my vaccination pass via the BA website and received a prompt verification. Today I have wasted hours first trying to do the same on the BA website and then finally forced on to Verifly site where I negotiated all the hurdles and was told my wife and I had active passes. Sadly, BA didn’t seem to know this and refused to allow me to check in online, even when I linked direct from the Verifly website. It seems that I will have to waste my time by going to the airport early to produce my documentation which has already been approved by Verifly, BA’s agent. I am amazed that Verifly have only 93% terrible reviews and even more amazed that BA use them. I will not be using BA in future if I have a choice and I will be uninstalling Verifly.

This app comes up on my phone in Spanish... and it is impossible to change the language. Then, it validates my information - telling me I'm ready to travel - but British Airways doesn't get that information, thus doe not allow me to complete my online checking... This is a complete waste of time. I can't believe BA would work with such a joke company. Ridiculous...

What a load of rubbish! Uploaded all my documents, fit to fly, COVID vaccinations etc. Got to the airport and opened the app and no documents were there on the app. What is BA doing promoting this rubbish third party app. Waste of everyone’s time!

BA insists on using this app but having got a 'Ready to Travel' from VeriFly I now can't check in online because BA say I haven't uploaded my Fit-to-Fly certificate. Between the two of them I've spent all morning trying to resolve it. Rubbish

After reading all the negative reviews I was very sceptical about using the app. I need not have worried as it was so easy to navigate. The login process with the selfie was easy and straight forward. The only negative I have is I had to send my NHS Covid vaccine certificate to me computer to scan the QR code as there was no option to get it from my phone whilst in the app. My Covid test couldn't be scanned as it said it was not a digital QR code so i uploaded it manually. The acceptance was confirmed less than 2 hours later. Everything green and good to go. Need to see how easy it is to use at the airport check in.Update. the app worked perfectly at Heathrow. Took 2 minutes to check in. Couldn't use it to come back as it wouldn't accept flight details.
