Really poorly designed app which clearly hasn’t gone through any user experience review / analysis.

I tried several times to checkin for my BA flight Munich to London via this worthless verifly app but everytime it returned hours later with rejections because it would not accept my official covid test (in german and english) documents in pdf or jpg format without giving any reason why its failed. If you are going to deny my test you should list why. Eventually after 4th failed attempt, it said it was under 4 hours before flight and I couldn’t use the app for this flight anymore. At the airport BA Checkin personal accepted the tests with no problem. Frustrating, not-easy-to-use app that doesn’t even work and wastes time. And then you can’t check in online anymore and have to rush to get to airport early to hopefully get on your flight. I hope the airlines stop using this worthless app that costs passengers lots of time, money and nerves.

Everything was pretty straight forward. They approved most clauses within minutes and the last one was checked off pretty soon after I uploaded it, too. I didn’t know what to expect because of the previous horror stories within the reviews but my experience was completely fine, thankfully!

Today I tried to check in on line for trip back to Canada from US. Normally not a problem except Verifly is still asking for Covid test results when none are required for a trip 72 hours or less (recent development). I have even successfully completed the Arrive/Can app which is a Verifly requirement. American has told me that I now have to check in at the airport and hope that ticket agent is aware of change. Amazing that Canada has fixed their app. Another nail in the coffins of my loyalty to AA.

BA have asked me to use this app for a flight from Heathrow to Geneva. As part of the process, it is saying that I don't need a test if I'm fully vaccinated, which is incorrect, and saying that I can't fly if I've been to the UK in the last 10 days. I'm flying from effing Heathrow!!

Clear as mud soaked in squid ink. B.A like it not sure why. Needs a redesign by actual humans and actually linking with BA .

I would not even give this one star absolutely awful app travelling in Turkey. British Airways sent me a link in an email to fill in before I return to London wasted lots of time does not work

It's a joke I have spent at least 4 hours uploading everything and have gotten the go ahead that everything is ok but I can't check in because they have not uploaded the certs to the AER Lingus website. To be honest it is AER Lingus fault for recommending them
