This is a piece of crap! Not user friendly at all.

Useless app that is giving out wrong information - my flight is from the US to London, connecting via Dublin, and according to them I don't need a Covid test to enter the UK as I'm coming from the Common Travel Area. Wrong - connections don't count, your status is based on where you've been in the previous 10 days. How many people will believe this utter nonsense and be denied boarding or entry? Follow the guidelines on government websites, take paper documents to the airport, arrive early.

UI not bad, hover it couldn't detect my flight number on the date of departure. It could find the same flight number for the day after only...i don't know why aerlingus is pushing this app to make an online check in. For me it was unusable for its purpose and no airport personnel cared whether or not it had been completed. In essence its a hindrance and a complete waste of energy to use

An utter waste of time. I uploaded my wife and my details. Got a confirmation from verify to say We are ready to fly and the Aer Lingus app says we haven’t completed the checklist. Waited over night to see if it would update but no! Still the same. Pure rubbish

Rubbish!!!....hours spent on this useless app suppossedly to streamline and make online check in easier.....biggest waste of time ever. Do I really have to give it one star? What is its purpose?

Complete and utter waste of time No VeriFLY fast lanes at Heathrow filled in the requirements on the app and still couldn’t check in online with BA so useless waste of time. It is stressful enough filling in all sorts of different documentation for your trip and taking tests etc and then this just adds to the stress and it is useless

Worst app. Makes process through BA hard to log and check in. No support through App. Worst experience - would not allow us to add documents into the app.

Figure out the papers and/or documentation that you need for your flight. Just go to the airport and don’t even bother trying this app. It’s useless… Most documents that you need to upload can’t be validated. And whoever does the manual assessment of your documents has no idea what they are doing.
