Useless. Downloaded documents and 3 hours later still saying pending. Now just going to check in manually. Total waste of time

Just made our 3rd attempt to use this app for 3 different destinations. Useless. It hasn’t worked each time. Just take your paper documents to the airport rather than waste your time trying to make this work.

This is a terrible app. I cannot download my attestation form. it has incorrect data on need for predeparture test. Uploading documents to Ryanair worked easily. Why does BA use such an awful app. Looks like I will have to check in at the airport

Just used it to fly from France to the UK with BA I loaded all my Doc's with a QR code. Was able to then check in on line and only needed to show my passport, no other paperwork required. I couldn't however use it on the way out as flights changed from Geneva to Grenoble, it wouldn't recognize Grenoble airport. I later found out that BA don't usually use Grenoble but had redirected due to Switzerland pandemic measures, also no business lounge there, however by the return journey they had added it. I was flying into Lyon and out of Grenoble and so it wouldn't let me complete my trip. Next time I'll do it as a single journey rather than a return trip during the pandemic as it may all change whilst away

Awfull. I am fully vaccinated with a negative test , yet VeriFLY is not able to accept my submission on the app. Useless.

tried to use it 3 times...3 different experiences...all bad..British Airways shouldn't be pushing such a crap app especially when it just adds additional stress

I'm fully vaccinated and have an EU certificate however verifly refuses to accept it as it doesn't show the date of my first vaccination. I added the paper confirmation on top of the certificate and it was accepted.for my trip to the UK. For my return suddenly, despite it being accepted a week ago whoever reviewed it this time decided that they can't see the original country of vaccination - despite it clearly being shown on the certificate. Who actually reviews these documents? Children? Pet rabbits? Just ridiculous and to be honest it's not worth the hassle of using this app.

I have a middle name shown on my passport and that was included on my Covid Test Result. When I registered with Verifly the app just asked for a first name and surname. Th app can't automatically verify my test result because the name doesn't match due to the middle name. Surely this will affect a lot of people. Uploaded the form and now waiting for Verifly to manually verify it. Fortunately I have some time before I'm due to fly. Annoyed that BA have required me to install yet another app to check-in. - I already have the BA app.
