An appalling application I'm in my 70s and not very techie so I came across this bit of software when flying to New York. It's total B*****ks ended up with a sheaf of paper with all the details of my Flights to the check-in desk only to be told don't bother because we don't understand it either and that's the BA staff. Flying back from JFK to Heathrow the Lady on the Check-in there put all the paper we had through a shredder and booked us in the old fashioned way. We are off to Dubai soon with BA so God knows what will happen.

This App keeps sending me QR codes and when I tap as instructed - says "you appear to have got here by mistake"! I then find myself in this hopeless circular repetition of the same loop and I can't get anywhere. Plus BA had all my documents anyway for the outward flight. It's a rubbish App. I can't believe they're allowing it to go on so long, creating ill-will for their brand. Crazy.

Just tried to use this awful app for first time. Clunky and hopeless; it doesn't recognise transit through GVA to France, doesn't seem to have any link to BA online check-in, which you can't do without it. Clearly Sean Doyle (BA CEO) hasn't had the pleasure of using it or he'd have fired whoever commissioned it for BA and just allowed upload of Covid-19 stuff straight to the BA website, which of course the BA site says you can do, but you can't. Another own goal for BA.

completely unintuitive interface.. sack the designer please! first time I installed it, it wouldn't open the camera app. had to uninstall it then it worked..... You have to add a trip from the existing ones, despite it saying you can add a new one. luckily my destination was on the list... what was the UI person thinking? It gets 2 stars as in the end it worked, despite me having no idea what I was doing...

Totally useless app. BA told me to use this to upload vaccination documents but will only let me put in an Aer Lingus flight! Have now deleted the app

Absolutely useless app and thought better of British Airways to make you use the app to be able to check in. Unable to upload more than one document to prove change of name since booking our honeymoon back before covid so covid pass and reservation names are different Spoke to customer service by email (very slow process) they say up load marriage certificate which I did then get message saying it’s not a covid pass. Upload covid pass and get message saying different name to reservation (I know I got married) No one can help on app and customer service is worse than useless so only option is to check in at airport Wouldn’t mind but I am British citizen returning to UK one flight on one airline this should be simple

If this is what the future of air travel looks like, expect the entire industry to collapse because nobody will fly whilst they're required to use this piece of junk. Awful beyond words. Would rate zero if I could.

Flying to Dublin, can't fill out Irish passenger locator form without seat number. Can't get seat number from verify without scan code from passenger locator form. Most useless app ever.
