No problem with my outbound flight from London, checked in online fine on the BA website less than a week ago. I can’t do the same for my return leg, however - I can only do it via the VeriFLY app according to BA. Except I can’t because it only lets me select outbound destinations. Honestly BA I only ever fly with you when you’re the only airline doing the route, you’re useless!

This App that BA now demand you use is utter crap and mentally draining—on my out bound flight I waited 25 hours for my documentation to be approved than approval came while on my way to the airport — same story for my return back Monday over 7 hours wait for approval of the same documentation — still not arrived — can’t on line check in — am an executive Club Card holder — phoned Customer Support — mentioned the app then they just put the phone down — seriously I hope the go bankrupt — London to Berlin — forget BA utter incompetence — take Ryan Air , or EasyJet for your mental sanity — BA if you actually give a toss about fare paying passengers ‚ here’s my booking ref KUUZ2J — you just lost another customer

This very poorly designed app asks for your destination, when I tried to put EWR, or Newark International Airport is says "unknown" and I could not use it, totally worthless. American Airlines sent me an email as if they are pushing that is a requirement to use it, I will NOT BE USING THIS APP, EVER!

Filled it all in, had trip approved and then app wiped all detail - what a waste of time! BA shouldn’t be asking customers to use such a rubbish bit of tech

In frustration I recently gave this app a one star review. I’ve since used it several times and now I have got my head round how it works I feel it’s not that bad. It’s still a bit odd in some ways but I’ve not had any further problems and even find that it’s a useful reminder of the Covid requirements of different destinations. Not had any problems either getting things uploaded and verified, so feel that I ought to update my rating to 4 stars.

Verifly is the reason I wont fly with BA anymore. giving my personal data to a unknown company for what? all documents are already verified with the destination authorities, goodbye BA and have fun with Verifly
