This app overpromises and underdelivers hugely at both ends. It only works for the simple stuff: 1. Negative covid test 2. One flight 3. Or two flights but on same airline and preferably connecting in the airline home country (BA and LHR) For the same itinerary if you have: 1. Positive covid test but cleared for travel 2. Two flights but on different airlines (BA and AA with connection in LHR) the app is dishonest because 1. For the US passenger attestation requirement which has the option for positive covid and cleared for travel letter, the app does not even give you this option forcing you to lie or not know what to do 2. For the split flights on two airlines, it thinks you want to enter the UK and forces you to complete the UK passenger locator form which is not required if you are in airside transit and requires you to provide a UK number which you will have to fabricate and at the end the verifying authority send you an exemption And in all cases, since airlines are required to verify docs, it denies you online check in. So why bother with half-baked technology? And the airlines make you think that this is a necessity when in fact they are hoping to reduce their workload at check in.

Horrible app, not intuitive at all. Won’t let you up load documents, like a vaccine immunization card. Maybe it’s because am an American returning to the USA and it’s not required, IDK. Perhaps it should let you up load documents anyway.

Utterly dreadful app and BA are trying to hold you to ransom to use it before being allowed to make free seat allocation . Truly a candidate for first prize of the worst app to come out of the pandemic.

If it was possible to provide a more negative review, I would gladly do so. It's impossible to select the airline I'm flying on in the drop down menu, which is the first action in starting the process. I cannot believe that any airline recommends this service - it's truly appalling.

I would leave negative stars if possible. This is a scam and it should be closed down. I've uploaded my test results as provided by the hospital where I took my pcr. Verifly sends a message saying there is a problem with the pdf and my results are not accepted. I send a help message via the app asking what's wrong with the pdf as I can't fix it if I don't know the issue. I get a response that says we've told you the reason, resubmit, use this link for more info (on how to close the account) and we closed this ticket so don't respond as we will not answer you. I can't believe they are getting paid to basically harvest data, not provide any meaningful service and to charge extra to expedite the review process.

I successfully completed the checklist and had confirmation of verification and my pass. Get email from BA to check in and guess what? The check in system didn’t recognise that I’d had a pass, so I couldn’t check in. Travel is stressful enough at the moment with all the protocols we need to follow, without having processes to follow which aren’t fit for purpose. BA - stop telling people to use this app if it doesn’t work.

I can't believe BA are still plugging this terrible app. I tried using it Nov 2021 and finally gave up after wasting over an hour in trying to upload my documents. Apart from all the technical troubles, I don't want to be forced to share personal medical information with a commercial outfit I don't know. Am flying again this week and won't even bother trying to use it. BA - please read what your customers are saying.

Upset with British Airways for even recommending this! My partners face could not be recognised (possibly due to his beard), I couldn't verify the documents. Complete waste of an hour of our life! Deleted, will arrive at the airport disgruntled...
