Why o why do BA ask their customers to use an app that only works on the way out. A simple notice to say it doesnt work for return flights will stop the concientious people who are trying to help from wasting their holiday or work trip time. Frustration on top of frustration that BA can be so ignorant of their systems.

Would rate it 0 or minus if I could. What a load of rubbish this app is. On our way out to the Cayman Islands it refused to accept the results of our fit to fly test because it was done 8 minutes over 24 hours before the flight, even though the Cayman government accepts tests done after midnight the day before you fly. Ended up paying for another test rather than risking not being able to fly. For the flight home it doesn't recognise the Cayman Islands or the BA flight number, so we were unable to check in online. We were checked in at the airport quickly and efficiently, having wasted an hour of our precious holiday time trying to negotiate stupid Verifly and thinking we were going mad. Am deleting this app and suggest that BA disassociate itself from it asap!

Probably coded in a sweatshop somewhere. Works (sort of) when you are leaving but try using this POS app when you are at your destination and need to check in. IT DOES NOT LET YOU ADD YOUR RETURN FLIGHT. Really frustrating and useless. British Airways DROP this app or at least have the courage to respond to your long-suffering customers.

VeriFLY could not read my nhs Scotland qr code for being fully vaccinated. My given name was shown as plural - John William S - which had been lifted from my driving license. Massively stressful and frustrating!

Completely agree with other reviews about this dreadful app. My husband and I spent a stressful 2 hours trying to complete it on our outward trip to Barbados 2 weeks ago. It is totally non intuitive, clunky and if you make a mistake it seems impossible to delete the error. We’ve now spent the best part of this morning trying to input info for our return to the UK. I am pleased to read that we are not alone.....had begun to think that we were a bit thick!

We are a couple in our mid seventies and have just spent two very frustrating hours trying to check in for homeward Aer Lingus flight to Dublin. Website allowed us to check in our outbound flight to Spain 5 days ago without the need for Verifly but flying back home on a different booking and te same website would not allow us to check in. Had to download the Verifly app and that's when the fun started. Two hours later we got sorted but are mentally drained after the experience.
