Quite possibly the worst app I have ever tried to negotiate… I will just have to stand in long queues which is frankly better than the awfulness which awaits you otherwise.

Awful. Cannot Checkin without using app but app won’t verify test results that are taken older than 48 hours but the requirement is 72 hours. General waste of time. Emailed help desk and they said just go to airport with documents. Also does not work well on flights that stop off. It only recognises the stop off as your destination start.

Terrible App in every way. Clunky counterintuitive, and definitely not worth the time you waste trying to use it. Also, why does it exist ? It is free, so it must be doing something dodgy with your data to make a living. AVOID

Absolutely terrible.. The app would only allow me to fly aer Lingus.. Which was a bit strange as my actual airline was BA. Complete waste of my life. Don't use it

this app is total crap. I have wasted several hours of my life trying to get it to work. American Airlines should stop putting its loyal fliers through this waste of time. save yourselves the hassle, print what you need, and go to the airport early to check in in-person. Worst part of traveling during covid is this app.

Bad UX. Can't use on phone as have to scan a barcode which arrives via email. So dumb. So stupid.

You don't have to use them. They are S L O W to verify and you can't check in in the US unless they have verified your documents. So my advice is to NOT USE THEM unless you have to. Give them as long as you can to get their job done. My experience with Verifly and American was terrible. Verifly could not get to my documents and American had a 4 hour wait time to speak to an attendant.

This program is pretty basic. I used it to get to the U.K. In late December and was ok, but the return didn’t work. Now I’m heading to France and learning of more issues. 1. The Checklist page states that if you are vaccinated, you don’t need a pre-flight Covid test but to proceed, you need a Covid test. When pointed out to their nonexistent customer service I was informed that the requirement should drop once vaccine status has been approved. It didn’t. 2. This is a two leg flight leaving from Jacksonville Fl to Miami, then Miami to Paris. The app states that your pre-flight test must be taken no more than 48 hours from the first embarkation point. VeriFLY only allows the international leg of the trip. When loading pre-flight vaccine results, they are rejected because more than 48 hours from the Paris flight (45 hours from the Jax flight. Taken at 3;50pm 2/1/2022. Jax flight is 1:25pm 2/3/2022, Miami flight to Paris is 6:25pm 2/3/2022). Customer services response to this sh!t show is that I have to bring all paperwork to the airport to check in.
