Very poor interface ... not just poor but completely confusing!

We joined VeriFLY when we were forced to BA online booking. It seemed thorough and comprehensive so went along with it. But on the day of our arrival at the airport we realised there was no point in VeriFLY, on entering Gatwick we asked a BA person where to go and as we had checked in online with no hold baggage was told to go directly to security which we did. We saw VeriFLY as we did so but they appeared to be stopping random people like carrying out a survey. We continued through the airport system perfectly ok and without VeriFLY. So what is VeriFLY all about? And of all what of all companies are BA doing using then for. BA are a global top brand VeriFLY are the opposite. BA do yourself a favour and get rid John

Absolute nightmare and incredibly stressful. I’m fairly intelligent and have spent several hours trying to find my way around this piece of rubbish. Instructions are lengthy and difficult to follow. For instance why can’t I add my vaccine certificate? Is it that I can’t add it until I have done the attestation and if so, why isn’t this explained. Dreadful job whoever designed this. It’s made my trip even more stressful. Let’s hope this ap gets killed off.

Absolute crap, don't waste your time. Would be nice but just doesn't work.

Well all I can say is that I found it dead easy to use to check in online on the outbound trip to Punta Cana. On the return journey it accepted all my data and confirmed ok to fly but I could not check in online. But to Be honest there are quite a few locations around the world where online check in is not available so it didn’t bother me. Speak as you find I guess

It was a disaster!! So much stress. Went to select airline and only got 3 options. Aer Lingus not included. Couldn't continue because of this. Went to airport without verifly. Had checked in on line. Only took 2 mins for bag drop. Need to make it more user friendly if you want us to use it

I’ve just been deported from Switzerland using this terrible app. It accepted my covid documents and did a manual review saying I was safe to fly. When I got to Switzerland my covid vaccine date was just out of 270 days. There was no way I could be let in. I was treated like a criminal. Swiss police are extremely aggressive and terrible at the airport. Just on my flight home after the prison cell trans hotel. Awful app. Waste of time. Shame on you BA letting me travel to Switzerland when I was not okay to do do. Terrible waster of time and money and awful experience of Swiss people. Not really planning on returning ever!

One star is too good. If airlines insist on using this app then it needs to be seriously overhauled. It can't seem to do more than one trip although my holiday consists of multiple trips.
