This app is a piece of s____. I am good on electronic devices, but I have never found an app so difficult, actually impossible, to use. There is no way that it allows you to up load your COVID test. You get a civic result with a password, but it doesn't allow you to upload anything with a password. Then after you screenshot it when it is open to eliminate the password, it says that you can't upload anything in the cloud, so you save it to the phone as a download, then it says it is in the wrong form without saying what the right form is. You just can't make it work. You can send it to them fora manual review if you have a few hours to kill waiting for a response but as for something to get you moving, this app is a total fraud!!

Unable to enter my departure airport so unable so unable to compete process and so cannot checkin online. No way to contact them. Useless.

We are a party of 9 and we can't even get past the 'uploading of photos' stage. There seems to be no reasoning behind why it won't accept some of the photos my mates have sent me. They all appear to be perfect to me. It does however accept grainy photos of the same person, cut down from holiday photos from the 1970s. I'm not sure we're going to bother about the rest of the process. Too stressful!

absolute pile of steaming t*rd. No doubt lining some tory minister's pockets. Says to upload photo, but doesnt accept it. error message after error message.- So, will have to do it old-skool at the airport with a human.

This app can leave you very stressed! As it is sanctioned by BA as an approved (and preferred?) process to log your Covid test results its failure just beggars belief. I must have gone through its instructions a dozen times or more, only to end up back at the beginning with zero progress. Messages supposedly sent were never received. Uploaded documents simply disappeared. And through it all BA didn’t receive any information and were unable to confirm receipt of test results. Waste of time. BA needs to ditch this app and save its customers a lot of frustration. Take my advise. Check in at the airport with your test certificate.

Absolute garbage and a complete waste of time. Who designed this app? A five-year-old? I have tried at least, and this is no exaggeration, to upload my proof of vaccination certificate, at least 50 times. Every time I get "sorry - an unexpected error occurred. Please see the log files." Pure junk and whoever put this app together should be ashamed.

Does not take the photo so no way of using the app. Sent in message to their support but they never responded. Absolute waste of time.

Come on American Airlines! Why require Verifly to check-in on International flights when it doesn’t work?? Either Verifly won’t accept your photo, or the Covid Test results, or it does but by the time you get to the airport it doesn’t show up on the phone. This is ridiculous
