Trying to enter details for family including 2 fully-vaccinated kids aged 12 and 15. App says they need tests and does not recognise they could be vaccinated or allow upload of vaccination certificates. Useless app and shame on BA for pushing something not fit for purpose. Will just have to queue at airport and deal with staff.

I've been told how bad this app/company is. Now, unfortunately I've had to find out first hand! Flying tomorrow with BA to the USA from UK (I hope). Negative test results, ha, just try to upload, what a complete shamble this company are! Tried to do with the QR code and no, they couldn't recognise that, then tried manually! Nope didn't work either. 4 times for both of us I've tried now. Phoned BA, after 40 minute queue they tell me "millions are having the same problem" have to queue at the airport. FUMING doesn't even come close.

Absolutely unbelievable. I try to enter my return information and it shows the departing airport of my initial leg to leave the United States. But does not allow me to enter the airport for my return to the US. Absolutely ridiculous and waste of time.

Getting a Root Canal was less Stressful and less Agravating. Why? Oh Why would ANY Major Travel Company wish to P!ss Off thier Customers with this POS.. Was ready to cancel my trip over this Demonic Ritual of Nonsense. Hate. Tooo Polite a term..

Very frustrating and difficult to use. After several attempts to download documents and I was finally fit to fly I was not able to check in anyway. A total waste of time.

The take a selfie part of the process is unreliable and awkward to use. App seems to reject valid documentation as it can't read perfectly valid QR codes. Then it fails to sync to the airlines so you can't actually check in on line because although Verifly says you are OK to travel they haven't actually sent that information to the airline. I assume we are forced to use this pile of junk because the owners / developers of the app have friends in the airline companies.

Verifly…what a POS! Excuse the strong sentiment but I am amazed that an airline/cruise line would actually use this horrible app. I struggled for days to get my selfie registered in the app and then when I tried to add a traveling companion I was met with total denial. Could not get her photo registered via either the app or by uploading an image from my files. Was told the image did not have the proper quality even though it was better than the passport images my companion uses! And the support team at Verifly were useless. Their main recommendation was to reload the app! This app is horrible and should never be required for user by anyone…!

Like everyone else is saying....absolute pants !! I've wasted far too many hours on this crap app. Struggled, but did manage to add my documents, to be deemed 'ready to fly' with the 'pass' activated in the app. Went to online check in where I was unable to check in because "negative Covid test had not been verified" ..... what a complete waste of time and energy not to mention the fact that I would still have to faff about producing documents at check in........pointless, useless crap !!!
