Absolutely Disgusting Product and Even Worse Customer Service — Avoid This Company I am beyond disappointed and honestly disgusted by my experience with [Venustas] The coat I received appeared to be used, returned, and completely unsanitary. When I checked the pockets, I found a bloody Band-Aid inside the coat pocket. Yes — an actual used, bloody Band-Aid. As if that wasn’t disturbing enough, the hood had old makeup stains all over it, making it very clear this item had been worn by someone else and then shipped out as “new.” To make matters worse, the coat did not arrive in the proper branded packaging. It was missing both the branded bag and the zippered storage pouch that should come with the product. This only reinforced the impression that I was sent a used or previously returned item rather than a brand-new purchase. I immediately contacted customer service expecting them to take responsibility and resolve what is clearly a serious quality control and sanitation issue. Instead, I was met with some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Their response was essentially to blame Amazon and refuse accountability, repeatedly stating that because the purchase was through Amazon, there was nothing they would do to help. That response is unacceptable. Regardless of where the product was purchased, this is still their brand, their product, and their reputation. Sending customers items contaminated with biological waste and signs of prior use is not just unprofessional—it is absolutely unacceptable. The complete lack of accountability, concern, or urgency from customer service was shocking. No apology that felt sincere, no meaningful solution, and no ownership of the issue. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect support, accountability, or basic customer care. Unsanitary product. Poor quality control. Horrendous customer service. I will never purchase from this company again.

I worked w/ Anne for approximately 2 weeks navigating how to get a new battery for vest. She was attentive to my needs, even offered to send battery at a discounted price. She is professional and a great communicator, enjoyable process!

I own three Venustas heated apparel products, and I honestly don't think I'd make it through our winters without them! Over the years, I've also purchased Venustas heated clothing for several family members, and they all swear by their gear during the cold winter months. On the rare occasion that I've had an issue, such as with a battery or a connection, Venustas' customer service has always been excellent. They've consistently found a solution, whether that meant troubleshooting the problem or sending a replacement part quickly. I've been enjoying Venustas products for years, and the Women's 3-in-1 Heated Jacket is another great addition to my collection. The quality, warmth, and reliability keep me coming back, and I fully expect to be a loyal customer for many years to come. I highly recommend Venustas to anyone looking for dependable heated apparel.

Excellent product; Exceptional service. About 3+ years ago I had had it with brutal NJ winters and went on a heated jacket shopping spree. After returns with many companies, I found Venustas. Their batteries work for hours, but aren't heavy like many I'd seen. The heat covers all relevant areas but is still breathable. And by far, they offered the most stylish options for women (though my husband loved his, too). I love that I can wear a tshirt with my Venustas and still be the most comfortable person on a cold day. The ability to fluctuate temperatures makes it so versatile and it even came with a cute travel case. While happy with my heated Venustas winter jacket, I had never really put my Venustas rain jacket (venustas 3 in 1 with heated fleece, so cozy) to a hardcore test until now. I am going glacier hiking in Alaska and needed to ensure its strong waterproof capabilities. With the Amazon product page removed I couldn't verify whether it was truly waterproof and thought I was doomed to a new purchase need, but not so. I called Venustas and not only spoke to a human, but the wonderful representative, Anne, who kindly had the company research my product specifications just based on a photo I took of the jacket. In less than a day they called me back and told me everything I need to know (which, by the way, is this jacket is awesome and will kick Alaska's butt). I am thrilled with the product, the value, and beyond blown away with the exceptional service. I can't wait to get Venustas jackets for my whole family this holiday season.

Perfect for keeping warm while working overnight shifts!

I recently reached out to Venustas about possibly replacing the inner jacket portion of my heated jacket, and I was honestly impressed with how fast and helpful their customer service was. They gave me multiple options to help resolve the issue, which I really appreciated. I’m always cold, and as someone who spends a lot of time outdoors hunting and fishing, this jacket has been amazing. It keeps me warm without being bulky or overly puffy, which I love. One of my favorite features is that the battery pack can also charge your phone, which comes in handy outdoors. I also really like that the outer shell and inner heated layer detach, so you can wear them together or separately depending on the weather. Before even considering replacing it, I tried everything I could to fix my original one because I genuinely loved the jacket that much. Overall, great product and great customer service experience.
