I have 2 accounts with Vector and previously was with American Alert. The customer service and experience with American Alert out of Geneva, OH was outstanding. One of my accounts is for my 89 year old mother-in-law who wears a pendant. American Alert called her each month and did a system test to assure us that the pendant was functioning and was not in need of a battery replacement. We don't enjoy that same level of service with Vector, I am sorry to say.

I have been a customer of Vector Security for four years now. I have had very good experience with the company servicing two of my homes. I appreciate the quick response time, care and attention they give in addressing my needs. As a single mom with a teen-aged daughter, it gives me great peace of mind to know that I'm in such capable hands.

As former General Manager, Operations Manager and Vice President of two Pittsburgh corporations over 40+ years, I have dealt with most of the security companies in the area. I am well aware of most of the potential business and home security risks. Vector has provided me with excellent service for many years at my home and I would recommend them to all.

Service called my home first, then my cell when I could not be reached at home. Always pleasant and understanding and confirms their action is as I requested.

As you know we have been a Vector customer for years. I have only had exceptional service from Vector.

Very quick response time..if you do have a problem. .it is corrected. Right away..

In the past year when Vector Security came out to address an issue they tried to present a sales pitch. I have been with Vector for 31years and I found this highly insulting. They are trying to have their workman pitch products. It has been happening the last couple of years. I called and complained about their new pushy practices. They should go back to their old customer service, instead of trying to make up potential issues. I hesitate to call them again because I know I will not get the whole truth. Overall I lost my confidence in the company. Once again another company about the numbers not the customers.

Have been pleased from set up,resetting of alarm system and any trouble shooting. Have recommended to neighbors whom have signed up
