Surprise.....Trip Charge
Great system, but now charges a $25.00 trip charge and was not told till service was completed

Installation went fine
Installation went fine. I had a screaming battery within a few months. I did not know what was happening. Called a friend who came over and told me that what it was. The company was saying initially that no one could come out to fix the matter until the following Monday. This happened on a Friday. I had to really plead because of a nerve condition, and my husband's heart problem, we would have had to check into a hotel for the weekend. The noise would have knocked both of us out over that time period. After near freaking out (panic attack) over the phone the company finally agreed and sent a tech out. This does not speak well. There should be weekend attention in some cases. Happy my situation was addressed, that time, but this should be attended to by the company-and improved.

Vector service has been excellent but some equipment reliability issues
The security service has been excellent. The equipment has not totally lived up to expectations. Several sensors have failed, one resulting in a false call to police and the outside cameras have periodic clarity and sensitivity issues. Vector has been prompt in responding to service calls when requested.

My system is older
My system is older. Instead of me having to call to get items updated, it would've been nice if they did.

Victor Security is okay
Victor Security is okay. I feel you'll need to give more up grade for long time customers. Maybe some free, as a think you, such as adding to the system with a helpful fire & video monitoring system.

Cost
I'm not really sure what I'm paying for every month, it seems the price of this just keeps going up. When I checked back into ADT they were only a quarter of the price that I'm paying Vector. I may have to go back to them. The whole reason I went with Vector was because you were less than ADT, now ypi are so much more than them

Monthly charges for security systems will vary based on the type of system you have, whether you have mobile services to control your system from your phone, or additional devices are added to a security system such as lights, locks, and cameras.
