I've been using surveillance systems for 20 years, but this one has the worst customer support I've ever experienced. First, I'm left waiting over an hour with no callback. When there's an issue, it takes 24 hours just to arrange for someone to come out. It's incredibly frustrating. I just need to get through the rest of my contract, then I plan to switch to a different surveillance camera. I'm really disappointed and dissatisfied.

The wrost, we have been Vector customers for a long time 6 years. Ofcourse never have an issue, but the one time we have an issue here is where is goes crazy....our front cameras kept coming off line and smoke dector kept sending false alarms. They came out, told us we needed to replace the dector so agreed, the front door camera just would not work they kept resetting and to date remains offline. So having a service agreement for the equipment we assumed it was covered. Instead with a get $400 bill stating the only part of the equipment is covered but not that equipment. I mean what is the point of the service agreement if only half is covered the stuff covered is from our old alarm company which is always has never had issues. The sales person who I wont name, really says the service team is really a bunch of shady people and cut corners over bill. He coudl not do anything for me...so we cancelled which was even harder than flying to space.

Absolutely horrible company. Worst customer service!! Long phone waits. No call backs. Inaccurate or outright wrong advice/instructions. 3-6 week wait for a tech who then doesn’t show up or shows up outside designated time window ( we have had other commitments and had to cancel tech because he showed up too late ) . My electronic locks keep going offline . Also getting alerts of doors being left open or locked when nobody is near them. My panel goes offline and went dead. Now at least 3 months and have been unable to get things fixed. Told need upgraded panels. Took Phil-our salesman/ one week to return call to set up sale- and only after I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer support. Still waiting for appointments ! Customer reps including supervisor- if you can ever get one- and Phil in sales are rude and just don’t give a hoot. Would advise NOT to use this company. And just for clarification - we are with Vector for 35 years. It’s only within the last few years that they have nosedived.

Horrible Customer Service. Noone can solve issues over the phone. I have wasted so much time and money with this company. Their website is horrible and online payment method did not work half the time so I finally got through to someone who helped me make automatic payments. Unfortunately, they only did it for our home and not our business so our business system got cancelled due to nonpayment. I called multiple times to try to get our business system back up but kept being transferred to different people where I kept having to regive my information and explain the situation. I finally was told I would recieve a call back, which never happened. After about a month of having no security at our business I tried to cancel and I am being told by people over the phone that they cannot do that and someone will call me back. I have yet to receive a call back and there isn't a option to remove the payment method from their website. Steer clear.

Extremely Disappointed – Terrible Service and Zero Follow-Through I have been a loyal Vector Security customer for decades, but unfortunately the level of customer service has deteriorated to the point where it is perhaps the worst I have ever experienced from any company. My alarm system has suffered repeated faults and failures, and it has become nearly impossible to obtain proper service. I have received countless promises, but very little action. Most recently, I took an entire day off from work to wait for a scheduled service technician who never arrived. To make matters worse, when I texted his supervisor directly to inquire about the no-show, I received no response whatsoever. I am currently dealing with an alarm that I cannot shut off and am being told that I need to climb a ladder and physically remove a ceiling sensor myself. If I want a technician to come out immediately, I am being told I will be charged for emergency service—even though I was specifically told last week that everything was covered and that there would be no additional service charges. I have spoken repeatedly with supervisors and management, yet the problems continue to accumulate and remain unresolved. I am left with nonstop beeping, repeated fault codes, and a security system that is neither functioning properly nor being properly serviced. After being a customer for so many years, this lack of responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through is both disappointing and unacceptable. Long-term customer loyalty appears to mean very little to this company. I sincerely hope Vector Security takes immediate steps to improve its customer service and honor the commitments it makes to its customers.

I have spoken to several departments at Vector and can’t get through to the correct person. No one calls back and I am still waiting. I have an important issue and have been a customer for several years and still no return call. They keep connecting me to a department and it goes to voicemail. Would not recommend them !!!

Vector security in sc is the worst place to sign up with.There customer service is near to none.No one answers the phone and they don't return your calls and if you have an emergency you might as well just call the police department cuz their service is not good they have gone downhill in the past few months not sure what's going on with this company but I wish I never signed up with them I'm trying to get signs to be posted in front of my house it's like pulling teeth they say they're going to come they're going to come and nothing never does it keeps saying the same thing oh we don't have them in stock we don't have them in stock if this continues to happen I will be canceling my contract with them and let them try to collect money cuz I will sue them in court for non-service

1 Star too much I wish they have - I will give them -10 star Can you believe I pay all my month and they keep saying missing email all my documents from the bank still missing payments Please please do not deal with this company The worst thing you can do to your self
