I'm been a Vault customer for about 2 months and wound up having 2 claims in that time. They have been amazing to deal with both time and I would recommend them to anyone interested in high quality customer service

Your representative
Your representative, Lauraleigh, Responded quickly and pleasantly to my claim. Although we did not agree about her engineer's findings we did agree that after I get more information she will reconsider the situation.

A+ Customer Service
The speed and sincerity of the responses I received from each member of the Vault team is the primary reason I would not shop around my insurance coverage. This type of customer service is hard to beat.
