Not many people would write a review saying that I love my insurance, and I never thought I would be one of those people, but I am. Vault Insurance has been spectacular. We had a rough first year in our new home with some flood damage from a frozen pipe. Fortunately we took a shot with a less known but clearly quality company for our insurance. I sent out one email asking about the claims process and had an immediate response within a day via email and follow up phone call. And the claims representative made a bad situation easy, constantly checking in for updates and new estimates on repairs. When’s the last time you had to tell an insurance company to wait cause you didn’t have something yet? They helped guide me through the process and made sure that I was fully reimbursed for All expenses associated with repair once my deductible was met. I can strongly recommend them if you are in the market and looking for a change. If they treat you half as well as I was treated, it’ll still be better than almost any other you could find.
