Professional, Responsive and Clear From the start Wardell was very responsive to my concerns about water and mold possibilities following the storm and long power outage. He was very professional and clear in the procedures that Vault uses, got things done quickly by moving the remediation team immediately and showed a genuine concern to help where he could.
