Hail Damage
We incurred hailed damage to our home over Mother Day Weekend 2022. The adjuster, Lauraleigh Weaver, was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Constant and transparent communication. I felt that she want to get us the best outcome. The field adjuster ( i forget her name) was also fantastic

Garage Fire - Excellent Service
I had a garage fire caused by a snapped power line in my backyard. Vault and our rep Derek Franks were very easy to deal with and not only introduced us to several quality contractors, but also continuously checked-in to make sure everything ran smoothly. I can't recommend Vault enough.

Water Damage - House is back 100%
We had significant water damage to our floors and were forced to move out for 3 months. Vault and our rep Derek F were extremely helpful getting us set up in temporary quarters and making sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Vault exceeded our expectations.

I had to have my car towed
I had to have my car towed, and paid the towig company myself. I then called my insurance agent and she helped me send a copy of the receipt. I received a nice email that it had been received and would be handled immediately. It was, and I received a check within a few days. I'm impressed with the service and quality of Vault. Thanks!

A+++ experience all around
Vault insurance & our appraiser Wardell Johnson did an exceptional job across the board. This was our first experience having to file a claim and everything was explained and handled perfectly! Vault helped us manage our home's damages seamlessly and easily. Highly recommend their coverage policies!

Low friction Claim
Claim process went smoothly. Was able to connect with Vault, report the incident and get it repaired quickly. The team was helpful in processing the claim. I initiated most calls to Vault. Would have given 5 stars if they had initiated calls to me on process for filing the claim.
