Jimmy Caylor is a true asset. He helped me understand the claims process, rental, and everything in between. Not only that, he was familiar with the body shop and their processes in getting the vehicle promptly repaired. Finally, he made the reimbursement process a snap, making sure I was promptly reimbursed for towing and rental fees. Thank you Vault for taking care of our insurance needs.

This was my first claims experience with Vault. I was in an auto accident which resulted in a total loss of my BMW. The claims department was responsive and accommodating and the agent used text messaging and electronic forms to make the process easy for me. The agent had me in a rental car within a couple hours after reporting the accident and I had my claim checks in hand within days of the loss. There was no haggling over the amount. Even, auto body shop providing the estimate made the comment to me that “your insurance provider is the real deal”! He said this because Vault was willing to pay market rates and did not require him to use after market parts like many lesser insurance companies. Vault also covered the cost of a luxury rental car so I was driving a Range Rover.

Just switched from NW to Vault. Wife was hit on turnpike. Vault and Jimmy Caylor (Analyst) were immediately all over the situation making sure we were taken care of from rental all the way through replacement. Jimmy was a total pro, perfectly communicative and was transparent in representing our best interests. Sold on Vault.

I had a water heater leak that did quite a bit of damage in my master bedroom, even though we caught it quickly. Vault paid the claim without an issue, but they are dropping me as a result of filing a valid claim.
