Shady billing practices. Cancelled my account TWICE, still getting money taking out of my account.

If I could rate no stars I would they put this 19.99 price in your face and your thinking wow that’s pretty damn cheap. Wrong this place will find any little way to charge you a fee. You got a fee to freeze the account. You got a yearly fee that gets added when you’ve only had a membership for about 2 months hmmm that makes sense. Also money is tight right now with the whole pandemic thing so if your looking to cancel cause the other fees are draining your account it’s very simple you just pay an extra 25 dollars on top of the yearly 49 on top of the already paid 19.99 that looks so lovely but becomes riddled with fees. Vasa fix yourself!

I love Vasa and most of these reviews are lies....there is no Covid and no one got it from the gym!!!!! The people are wonderful and shame on most of you for such horrible reviews!!! What is wrong with you???? Get a life!!

Vasa at thunderbird and 32nd street has management teaching young girls at front to lie to elderly customers im 62 knowingly wilingly committing theft and fraud to ensure yearly memberships are offered at 49 dollars then when asked over 2 months if there would be any additional monthly charges anything the girl i think adriana lied took me new debit card i video taped her saying it would only be 49 and said no more monthly fees annual she said no i said how much will i be charged 49 i then got chared 69 today i had set her up knew she was lying then when i caught her she was a lied to me told me to call corporate i said little girl you get your boss she finally did she needs to be fored boss native americanchen said to fuclk off they would not refund and go muself corporate a bunch of thieves 1.3 review will get Bofa to go after for fraid u vasa thieves Do not join let all know lies

If you love working out in a garbage can you'll love vasa. Trash everywhere, everyday, at all times. The staff care only about playing on their phones and flirting with each other. Lazy staff = lazy members! And if you love racking other people's weights you'll love vasa! They have established a culture of laziness. Don't waste your money, buy a membership to a private club where people actually care. There's nothing less then 1 star or i would give it less

I love the gym and the staff always smiling and being friendly however, today I’ve got kicked out . We all know the mask rule but we also know that once in a while we have to pull it down to breathe, it’s not easy doing cardio with something over your mouth and nose and she definitely knows that because I stood there and watched her doing cardio with a mask pulled down also ,at the same time she goes around and only picks a few people out of all, even today after she was done with me she walked past three people with their mask down and as I watched her going back to the desk these people never pull their masks up because she never told them. I call her a hypocrite because I’ve been watching her doing the same thing over and over and she’s telling me to pull up my mask.She went and call her manager to cover her butt then came back with a witness to kick me out as I told her I know she’s doing her job but she has to understand that we have to breathe as she does the same thing when she works out. I don’t understand how they expect us to work out and sweat with a muzzle over our faces. All I told her is I understand but I need a break and you should understand because you do the same thing but I guess she didn’t like me calling her a hypocrite and calling her out.I understand she’s doing her job but don’t be a hypocrite.

When 24 Hour closed in Utah apparently they sent all of our information to vasa who auto enrolled me in their gym without any knowledge or notification. I just got a legal notice today letting me know I owe Vasa a large amount of money. I never signed anything, I never accepted anything, I never allowed vasa to enroll me and I never stepped foot in one of their gyms. Vasa, Paramount Acceptance (their payment processor), as well as the legal group have all told me I have to pay it with no legal grounds and will continue to escalate it until I do. I just lost my job. I can barely afford to live right now, and then vasa does this. I can’t be the only one this happened to either, since 24 hour sent everyone’s info to them. You are a complete rip off of a company with no ethical or moral values who is profiting off the financially weak while they’ve already been through enough this year.

So the staff harasses you if you aren't wearing a mask for 20 ft to sign in. But then you can take it off on your way to your weights. Then when you see them walking around the gym working out they aren't following the same rules they are forcing on you. They have tight classes of people doing cardio in a small room with recirculated air, no masks and that's okay, all the drinking fountains still work and you watch people's spit into them. No machines are getting wiped down, but I have to wear a mask for 20 ft on entering the building and get harassed if I'm not. All I'm asking is for some common sense and not to be rude about it.
